The Grateful Practice Bangles

268.00

These hand forged stacking bangles were born out of a conversation with a dear friend about mindfulness and what an effect a grateful heart can have on every moment of the day, every interaction, every event. This set contains eight solid sterling silver bracelets, each imprinted with one of the eight limbs of yoga in both Sanskrit and its English translation. They're meant to be worn on one arm and then moved over to the other during the day as you become aware of that your thoughts or words have veered down the road of discontentment. It is our hope that you will find these physical reminders of a deep truth a useful tool in your practice of gratefulness.

If you don't happen to have a bangle to measure, an easy, quick way to find your bangle measurement size is to make a fist, and measure across the top of your knuckles, from first finger to pinkie finger. Then choose your bangle diameter size based on that number.
